I’m Maggie, and I am from Saigon, Vietnam.
I’m currently attending graduate school in the United States studying something pretty cool. When I’m not staring at a computer screen fixing codes or writing papers, I love hiking, training my cat to go on walks, trying out new restaurants, reading food blogs, and read random facts. Several times I found a recipe, tried it, liked it with some modification, but later on would quickly forget how I’d modified it. Therefore, this page is for the recipes I’ve tested and tweaked to my taste, so I can easily reach for them later on. It’s only for my collection purpose and I link to the original source whenever I can.
